pre-schools in Pt Chevalier.

Booking fee $200.00
Plus a Koha (donation) on completion of use

COMPLUSORY CHARGES EXCLUDING HIREAGE COST

Booking fee $200.00
Bond $300.00
(Bond for bookings over two nights only. Returned on
completion of hireage post check)

TOTAL DAILY HIREAGE CHARGES

Half a day $500.00
Whole Complex and grounds $1000.00

CORPORATE/GOVERNMENT DAILY HIREAGE CHARGES

Half a day $600.00
Whole Complex $1,200.00

(Corporate Hireage includes free Hireage of data show Projector, screen, whiteboard, etc )

Catering: Please see the Manager re: all catering needs and costs.

N.B – A deposit of 50% of total Hireage cost is required within 4 weeks of making your booking i.e (if you place a booking in the beginning of October, payment will need to be received no later than the 1st week of November)
